We have a pretty clear picture of what the playoffs will look like right now, save for some teams on the bubble. The Lakers are always lurking, and they've been on a hot streak of late.
Other franchises are looking to crash the playoff party for this first time in awhile. In the East, the Toronto Raptors and Detroit Pistons stalk from the fringes. In the West, the Warriors try to hold on to their first playoff appearance in six seasons.
